Trevon Heath - Procurement Manager

Trevon Heath is the Procurement Manager for Turner Construction’s Austin office, where he leads the procurement team in coordinating bid packages, conducting prebid conferences, managing trade partner relationships, and implementing outreach efforts to support HUB and SMWBE participation. He works closely with Turner’s Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas offices to ensure strong regional trade engagement and maximize competition throughout the bidding process.

Toni Cromer - Preconstruction Manager

Toni Cromer is the Preconstruction Manager for Turner’s Austin and Houston offices, leading all phases of preconstruction from concept through GMP. She manages regional trade partner relationships, oversees bid strategy and outreach, and supports HUB and SMWBE participation. With twelve years at Turner and prior roles in procurement, estimating, and engineering, Toni brings deep experience and trusted leadership to every project. Toni is currently on the Board of ABC Central Texas.

Stephen Ankenbauer - Senior Estimator

Stephen Ankenbauer is a Senior Estimator at Turner Construction with 7 years at Turner and over 17 years of experience in the industry, including project engineer and manager roles on ground-up builds. He leads preconstruction efforts for Turner’s Austin office, combining hands-on field knowledge with strong relationships across the Central Texas trade community. Stephen has supported more than 50 projects over the past decade, with a focus on interiors, higher education, sports, advanced tech, museum, and historic restoration work. Stephen is also a past-Board member of ABC Central Texas.
