Sponsorship Registration and Attendee Registration are Open Now!

Our annual Meet the General Contractor event is an opportunity for trade contractors and suppliers to meet general contractors in a trade show set up.  This is a morning event with coffee and pastries to allow people to stop by on the way to the office.

7:00 am - Sponsor Set Up

8:00 am - ABC Member Registration and Show Opens

9:00 am - Attendee Registration and Show Opens

Sponsorships

General Contractor Booth Sponsor - $350

• One complimentary booth with two attendees (Attendees must bring their own table and tablecloth to the event)

Event Sponsor - $2,000

• Signage at the event recognizing sponsorship, Logo on photos, Logo featured on all marketing materials, Company logo listed on event website, One complimentary booth with two attendees

Barista Sponsor - SOLD

• Signage at the event recognizing sponsorship, Logo at coffee bar and marketing materials, Company logo listed on event website, One complimentary booth with two attendees

Breakfast Sponsor - SOLD

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to7 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made seven days or fewer prior to the start date of the activity, no refund but substitutions may be made.
• No refunds after September 20, 2024.

By registering for the event, you grant ABC Central Texas permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of ABC Central Texas' printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of ABC Central Texas and will not be returned. ABC Members may select the option to be invoiced. Non-members will need to please pay at time of registration either via credit card payment online or by calling the Chapter office: (512) 719-5263.
