An accomplished executive and innovator, Matt has a proven track record of creating strategic solutions to complex problems. He plays a vital role at TD supporting construction excellence and growth. Matt has earned a reputation as a trusted adviser by building strong relationships and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration and safety.

Since joining TD in 2008 from the aerospace industry, Matt has held various positions, including project manager, preconstruction manager, VDC team lead, head of manufacturing and leadership roles. Matt serves on the TEXO Board of Directors and ABC National Board of Directors. He earned a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering at the University of Texas and was named ABC’s National 2023 Young Professional of the Year.

Brandon Mabile

Strategic Development Manager

Brandon Mabile, strategic development manager for Performance Contractors Inc., Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is the secretary and South Central* region vice chair for Associated Builders and Contractors.

In 2020, Mabile was named the ABC National Young Professional of the Year. In 2019, he served as chair of the board of directors of ABC of Greater Houston.

Mabile joined Performance in 2006 and was named strategic development manager in 2021 after serving as the Texas regional business development manager for 11 years. His work experience includes market intelligence and analysis, business development, government relations, industry relations, human resources, craft training and recruiting and internal project management.

Stephanie Schmidt

Executive Vice President of Industry Relations and Member Value

Prior to joining ABC, Schmidt-Lehmann was president of Poole Anderson Construction, one of the mid-Atlantic region’s largest commercial contractors. She was responsible for formulating the strategic direction and oversight of day-to-day company performance, servicing sectors such as higher education, health care, hospitality and multifamily residential. With Poole Anderson since 1999, Schmidt-Lehmann also served as vice president of business development, vice president of operations and executive vice president. She was named one of the 2022 Construction Champions Industry Veterans by Construction Dive and one of the 2021 Top 9 Outstanding Women in Construction by Construction Business Owner.

A Pennsylvania State University architectural engineering graduate, Schmidt-Lehmann began her career in construction working for a major national construction management organization in various roles such as project manager, project engineer, estimator and superintendent. She then worked for her alma mater, where she managed the design and construction of new facilities and major renovations for academic and administrative units.
