Mariela Statser began her career in accounting before discovering a passion for technology and process improvement. In 2015, she led her first Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project, launching a journey into IT that has spanned a decade. As a business analyst at Gordon Highlander, Mariela has played a key role in implementing a wide range of enterprise applications—from PMO tools to ERP systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Though she modestly describes herself as a “technology novice,” her curiosity, adaptability, and hands-on approach continue to drive digital transformation in the construction industry.

Monik Hernandez is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and safety advocate with a multidisciplinary background. As the founder and principal of NW Safety, Inc., she is committed to redefining safety as a culture—not just a compliance requirement.
