Description
Design and specification conflicts are one of the most common—and costly—issues on construction projects. In this session, Adam Handfinger will walk through how contractors can identify design and spec conflicts early, understand where risk typically hides in project documents, and prevent small inconsistencies from escalating into delays, rework, or claims. Attendees will leave with practical strategies they can apply before and during construction to protect schedules, budgets, and relationships.
