Waco Topgolf Tournament

Description

Our Top Golf Tournament is an opportunity for our members to network while enjoying a fun and competitive game of golf. Food and drinks will be provided. 

Agenda: 

4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Registration 

5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Game Play 

7:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Awards

Registration Includes: 

• Either a spectator and networking ticket or a ticket to play 
• Food and beverages

Sponsorships:

Team Sponsor - $600

• Includes a team of 6 players, company logo on website, and company logo on marketing materials.

Event Sponsor - $2,000

• One complimentary team of 6 players, Signage at event recognizing the sponsor, Logo on all marketing materials, Company logo listed on event website, Company logo on drink tickets, Ability to bring swag to hand out.

Beverage Sponsor - $1,200

• One complimentary team of 6 players, Signage at event recognizing the sponsor, Logo on all marketing materials, Company logo listed on event website.

Food Sponsor - $1,200

• One complimentary team of 6 players, Signage at event recognizing the sponsor, Logo on all marketing materials, Company logo listed on event website.

Safe Ride Home Sponsor - SOLD.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made up to 8 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full. 

•Cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior to the start date of the activity will not be refunded, but substitutions may be made. 

•No refunds after March 27, 2025. 

By registering for the event, you grant ABC Central Texas permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of ABC Central Texas' printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of ABC Central Texas and will not be returned. 

ABC Members may select the option to be invoiced. Non-members will need to please pay at time of registration either via credit card payment online or by calling the Chapter office: (512) 719-5263.
