The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity Class is designed to help individuals focus on achieving what truly matters without succumbing to burnout. Unlike traditional time management courses, this program emphasizes a holistic approach that integrates decision management, attention management, and energy management. Participants learn to identify and prioritize the "right things," ensuring their efforts align with their goals and values. Through practical tools and strategies, the course empowers individuals to make intentional choices, maintain focus amidst distractions, and sustain their energy for peak performance and well-being.

Instructor:

Monica Glowinski, Senior Director of Chapter Development, ABC National has been with the Associated Builders and Contractors since March of 2010. She has held various positions at ABC and now serves at the Senior Director of Chapter Development. In this capacity she works with the 69 chapters across the association and conducts Board Orientations, Chapter Accreditation, Chapter Staff Orientation as well as facilitating Strategic Planning. A native of Pittsburgh (and lifelong Pittsburgh Steeler fan), Monica now resides in Columbia, South Carolina with her family.
