ABOUT THIS CLASS

This course is designed for C-suite Leadership, Owners, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and other Senior Management professionals. In addition to teaching advanced leadership skills, this course focuses primarily on the development of individual leaders, a subtle but important difference. It uses trademarked, proprietary assessments that focus on leadership actions and effectiveness rather than just personality traits and preferences.  During the three in-person sessions, participants will create individual development  plans with the help of a Master Certified Executive Leadership Coach.

PARTICIPANTS WILL GAIN

• A personal development plan, customized to each participant. 
• The ability to leverage their own strengths to ignite their full potential using leading indicators.
• Recognize and develop the strengths of others.
• Identify and avoid leadership tendencies that derail progress and careers.
• The ability to positively effect: safety, productivity, employee turnover, and client relations.
• Roadmap to act courageously, honorably, and effectively in uncertain times.

After the completion of the in-person training,  participants will be grouped into smaller  “mastermind” contingents that will meet for  approx. 1-2 hours every other week for two  sessions. 

•  These Mastermind” sessions will be facilitated by  a Master Certified Execute Coach. 
• Attendees will receive continued specific coaching and fine tuning from the coach as they progress through  their personal development plan. 
• Attendees will benefit from the participation of the other  attendees as they share triumphs and challenges, insights, and support.
