The complexity and long-term nature of construction projects create a level of uncertainty, and it is impossible to resolve every detail and foresee external factors that may create a dispute at the outset. The AAA-ICDR Dispute Avoidance and Resolution Board procedures are designed to avoid and resolve potential disputes at the project stage, focusing on real-time resolution and utilizing construction industry experts available throughout the project.
