Join us for an ABC Tailgate complete with Cookoff Contests, Construction Corner for the kids, and activities for the whole family, including zip-lining, archery, armadillo races, and more!
Please note: This is a private event for ABC Central Texas members and is not open to the general public. Friends and families MUST have a wrist band to enter the event. (See wrist band section below for details.)

Friday, February 23rd
3:00 p.m. - Overnight teams arrive
Saturday, February 24th
5:00 a.m. - All teams arrive
8:00 a.m. - Last call for teams
10:00 a.m. - Family and friends arrive
Categories:
Dessert - 11:00 a.m.
Beans - 11:45 a.m.
Chili - 12:30 p.m.
Ribs - 1:15 p.m.
Chicken - 2:00 p.m.
Brisket - 2:45 p.m.
Awards - 3:45 p.m.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for all categories

Master Chef (must compete in all categories)
Overnight Accommodations:
Teams that want to stay on-site and cook overnight may reserve beds in the on-site cabins. There are 6 bunks (12 beds total) per cabin. There is a shared bathroom in the cabin as well as a small kitchen. You can reserve these on the 'register' page. There will be a cocktail competition on Friday night for overnight teams only.
Chief Cook's Meeting:
All chief cooks will be required to attend a meeting at the ABC office on February 13th at 12:00 p.m. to go over event details and rules.
Kid's Activities:
Saturday is open to family and friends and will have plenty of activities for all age groups. Some of the kids activities on site include rock climbing, archery, zip-lining, a playground, kiddie construction corner, and the LOGIC armadillo race.
Wrist Bands:
Each cook-off team will receive 50 wrist bands at the chief's cook meeting to give out to family and friends. Additional wrist bands may be requested.
