2025 Pickleball Tournament

REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 2, 2025! 

Join us for a friendly competition and network with your fellow ABC members. Test your pickleball skills against your fellow ABC members!  

Food, drinks, paddles, and balls will be provided and are included in the ticket prices. Teams will be divided into beginner or experienced brackets. Non-alcoholic beverages and food will be available to keep players hydrated and fed. Don’t miss this opportunity to network, compete, and relax.

Location: Austin Pickle Ranch

Sponsorships:

Event Sponsor - $2,000

Includes two pickleball teams. Company logo will be displayed on all marketing materials for the event and company will have the option to speak at the event.

Paddle Board Sponsor - $1,500

Includes one team. Company logo displayed on marketing materials and branded onto pickleball boards handed out to teams.

Photography Sponsor - $1,500

Includes one team. Company logo displayed on marketing materials and branded onto event photos sent out to teams after the event.

Food Sponsor - $850 (2 available)

Includes one team. Company logo displayed on event marketing materials.

Beverage Sponsor - $850 (2 available)

Includes one team. Company logo displayed on marketing materials.

Trophy Sponsor - $500

Includes one team. Company logo will be displayed on trophies and event marketing materials.

Court Sponsor - $500 (6 available)

Includes one team. Company logo will be displayed on event marketing materials and near the court.

Player Pack Sponsor - $500 (4 available)

Includes one team. Company logo will be displayed on event marketing materials and opportunity to place swag in each player bag.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations made 14 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations made seven days or fewer prior to the start date of the activity, no refund but substitutions may be made.
• No refunds after July 31, 2025.

 By registering for the event, you grant ABC Central Texas permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of ABC Central Texas' printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of ABC Central Texas and will not be returned.

ABC Members may select the option to be invoiced. Non-members will need to please pay at time of registration either via credit card payment online or by calling the Chapter office: (512) 719-5263.
