Often times\, the project's financial success hinges on a manager's ability to fully understand how productivity on site effects the over-all bottom line. This course will examine the concepts and techniques used by successful managers to ensure productivity is maintained at a high level through-out the project's duration. This class will be taught by a dynamic construction professional with years of experience leading construction crews large and small. We will identify factors that commonly lead to low productivity and provide proven techniques to avoid these conditions from developing. Whether you're a General Contractor managing multiple subcontractor crews or a specialty subcontractor managing a specific crew\, learning key techniques to keep your workforce performing at its highest level is imperative for continued success.
