You are invited to our Off to the Races Celebration of our Excellence in Construction winners and end of the year achievements! The event features fabulous festivities, Kentucky Derby inspired food, music, fashion, Derby themed games and entertainment, prizes and fun!  Grab your hat, get some roses, and come join us with a Mint Julep to celebrate  ABC Central Texas! 

Event Format

This year our celebration will be a festive happy hour with a short awards ceremony in the middle of the event. We know our members want time to have fun, network, and celebrate! 

Date: Thursday, November 20th
Location: Bullock Texas State History Museum 

6:00 PM: Registration Opens

6:00 - 7:30 PM: Happy Hour & Derby Activities 

7:30 PM: Awards Ceremony

8:15 PM: Happy Hour & Derby Activities  

9:00 PM: Event Ends 

Parking

Complimentary parking is available in the Bullock Museum's attached parking garage. Parking is first-come, first-served. Once the garage is full, attendees will need to utilize street parking or nearby garages. ABC is not providing offsite parking, so please plan ahead. After parking in the garage, take the elevators in the back of the garage to the first floor to exit directly onto the museum plaza.

  • Cancellations made before 10 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made ten days or fewer prior to the start date of the activity, no refund but substitutions may be made.
