Construction workers face unique stressors that can impact mental health, making suicide prevention an essential part of creating a safer workplace. This class raises awareness of the warning signs of suicide, explores risk factors specific to the construction industry, and equips participants with practical tools to recognize when someone may be struggling, start supportive conversations, and connect coworkers with appropriate resources. Together, we can help build a culture where seeking help is encouraged and every life matters.
