Cancellations for sponsors made 21 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full. Cancellations for sponsors made 21 days or fewer prior to the event, no refund.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the start date of the activity will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made 7 days or fewer prior: no refund, but substitutions may be made.

By registering for the event, you grant ABC Central Texas permission to use your likeness in photographs in any and all publications, including printed and digital. You understand and agree any photograph using your likeness becomes property of ABC Central Texas and will not be returned.
